Former crown-prince Paras Shah has been released on bail on Thursday after being charged with violation of Public Offence Act.
Shah was detained from Fulbari Resort in Pokhara on Tuesday for allegedly opening shots into the air over an argument with Deputy Prime Minister Sujata Koirala’s son-in-law, Rubel chaudhary, at Tiger Tops Resort in Sauraha, Chitwan.
Shah paid Rs. 10,000 as bail amount and has been asked to present himself at District Administration Office , Chitwan before March 3rd 2011. Shah was held in custody at Regional Police Training Center, Bharatpur for two days, and is preparing to leave for Kathmandu.
