Lee, one of the leading denim and casual wear brands, has officially entered into the domestic market. The company recently opened its first authorised showroom—Lee Store—in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.
“We offer a wide range of Lee products as per the changing fashion trend across the world,” said the store’s manager Dilip KC. “Products introduced in the international market will arrive here within 10 days.”
The store claims that Lee products are popular for their perfect fitting, quality and modern look. “Unlike other brands, our products are priced reasonably and that they are also suitable for the middle class people,” said KC.
Lee, which mainly famous for its lifestyle products, offers clothes for both men and women. Products available at the store are denim trousers, T-shirts, shirts, jackets, sweaters, sweat shirts and other accessories, including caps, belts and socks. Lee’s denim trousers are famous for their softness and stretchable quality. “In addition, they are more comfortable to wear compared to other products available in the market,” said KC.
Jeans trousers from Lee come in a variety of styles, including boot cut, bruce, powell, radio and butch. “They are also available in stone wash and dirty wash styles,” said KC. Jean’s pants at the store are available for Rs 2,999 to Rs 5,999.
While shirts are available in slim-fit and life-style styles, jackets come in regular-fit type, said KC. “We plan to offer a complete solution in outfits by introducing footwear, mainly in slipper and converse designs by next month.” The store has priced shirts and sweat shirts between Rs 2,100 and Rs 3,999 and jackets at Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,000. T-shirts and other accessories from Lee cost Rs 799-Rs 2,500 and Rs 199-Rs 3,000, respectively.
The store imports products from India, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. As a promotional scheme, the store is currently offering a Reebok wrist watch worth Rs 4,000 for free on every purchase of goods worth Rs 6,000. According to the store, the offer is valid until next month.
