Nepalese people have suffered a lot in last ten decades and their suffering will continue for the next couple of decades until they become educated, and independent of those needy, and greedy leaders. Today, the leaders are not self content, they have excessive power hungers, and every leader wants to remain in power forever. If they do not get power & authority, they are ready to oppose their own party and other political force, and create big political dramas. Nepalese people are still in dilemmas when it comes to selecting a real leader who can understand their pain and work for their prosperity rather than their own. The political environment is fully corrupted and polluted. One of the problems of Nepalese society is that every house there is a leader whereas there are hardly any followers, and majority of the time people is spent on political activities. The only market is the political market; every individual tries their luck in this ill-fated market. No serious efforts are made to improve other markets, like industrial agricultural, geotropism, commercial, financial, labor and job market.
